I work with individuals of all ages facing mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, attachment concerns, and experiences with self-harm or suicidal thoughts. I also support clients navigating disordered eating with a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach.
My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and strengthen your sense of self.
